Nurse specialist consultation
At this consultation our reflux nurse specialist will review your general health and reflux history in detail. We’ll focus on the symptoms you are experiencing and explain the diagnostic tests and treatments that apply.
At this consultation we will provide general advice. If you are seeking a referral for treatment or personalised medical advice you will need a consultant consultation.
Consultant consultation
As with the nurse consultation our consultants will listen to your reflux history and discuss your general state of health. They will explain the tests and treatments that are available and will recommend a treatment plan specifically for you.
They will provide you with the information you need to decide on the treatment needed to manage your symptoms. After this consultation we’ll write to your GP to keep them informed.
