This scientifically validated questionnaire provides an objective measurement of your symptoms. In just 5 minutes you’ll have an independent assessment of the severity of your symptoms.
The first part assesses digestive symptoms (typical reflux) and the second part assesses Laryngo‑Pharyngeal (LPR) symptoms, it's important that both parts are completed.
Complete the test in full to find your digestive and LPR scores. We will also email you a report on your results free of charge.
If your current reflux treatment is not working we will be pleased to arrange a consultation in one of our clinics to discuss your symptoms and to agree a diagnosis and treatment plan.
